Porukan kokoonpano vaihtui aina silloin tällöin illan aikana.
My sister hosted an All Hallows' Eve dinner party on Saturday, with a Victorian / Russian theme. What a nice night it was: good food, excellent company, lots of talking. People came and went, but Chris and I stayed from start to finish. With hosts as lovely as these two below, there was no way we would have left early.
(In this one, Chris wears a tea cozy.)
Theme-appropriately, I dressed as a woman with consumption. (Chris wore dark eye shadow to look equally pale and sickly - what a gentleman!) I felt oddly comfortable in my look. I'm seriously considering growing out my bangs now. Perhaps I should wear eye make-up every now and then, too?
Kaunis kauhkosairas, voisi todeta tyylitajusi olevan 'tautinen' :).
ReplyDeleteLovely couple you are.

DeleteThat sounds like such a fun idea! Looks great too. What was the menu?
ReplyDeleteWe had a very traditional, light Russian menu: pickled cucumbers with onions, smetana, honey and rye bread for the starter. The main course was borscht. Dessert was raspberry cookies and Russian tea. :)
DeleteLooks seriously cool and spooky 👻 That first picture of both of you gives me the shivers!! Send a picture to your stylist and tell her how comfortable you feel 😂
ReplyDeleteI don't know about cool, but we had a lot of fun! I loved dressing up a little differently. Should definitely do it more often! :)
